Don't Miss the 2018 Tamron Tour -- Workshops & Giveaways Are Coming to a City Near You!

One of the best ways to grow as a photographer is to get hands-on experience with working pros who shoot with the same gear. The key term here is hands-on. Classroom lectures and seminars are great, but to expand your proficiency, you need to marry concepts with in-the-field testing and trying and failing and mastering.

To help its customers (and anyone interested in trying Tamron gear) learn and grow, Tamron USA is launching the Tamron Tours Presents Workshop Series

With dozens of events slated for this year, the series will consist of a two-part workshop hosted by Tamron photographer-educators. Part one will take place at an authorized Tamron retailer and feature a 1-2 hour seminar about a photography subject (wildlife, landscapes, flowers, macro photography, etc.). Part two is a day-long field trip to a fun location where you can shoot with Tamron glass. They'll be going to zoos and botanical gardens, and walking through city streets and parks.

Plus, if you attend of the Tamron Workshops, you'll be able to enter for a chance to win one of three free lenses Tamron will be giving away!

The Tamron Tours Presents Workshop Series kicks off April 27, 2018 at Hunt's Photo & Video in Providence, RI before moving on to Brick, NJ, and Baltimore, MD over the next two weekends. More dates and locations are being organized now, so make sure to check out the Tamron USA website (HERE) for pricing and details, and/or follow them on Facebook.
