DIY: Pringles Cans Make for Excellent Macro Lighting

Some of the do-it-yourself tips we share on the site can get a little complicated. They use tools and resources that the average person might not have readily available, and require quite a bit of work. This one's different.

Swing over to the nearest grocery store and pick up a can of Pringles. Eat the Pringles inside. You now have just about everything you need for a Pringles macro flash diffuser. Grab some rubber bands, some white cloth or fabric, and scissors  to cut the can down to an appropriate length and you're done.

It sounds simple, and it is. It's also surprisingly effective. The sample photos posted by the folks over at DIY Photography are impressive to say the least.
