DIY: Make a Waterproof Camera Case out of Tupperware

Got the hankering for some underwater photography but lacking a waterproof case?  These instructions, courtesy of Instructables, take you through the process of constructing a waterproof camera case with relatively common household items.

The main ingredient in the construction is an airtight food storage box, or Tupperware container.  Of course, there's more to it than that.  You'll also need to attach a bit of plexiglass for the lens and do some waterproofing, but it's not overly complicated.

Of course, before actually putting the camera in there, you'll want to test the case, then test it again.  It's not going to go too deep - don't take it scuba diving - but it might be just the thing for getting a few cool pictures in your fish tank, pool, or a lake.
