DIY: How to Mount Just About Anything

Mount.jpgThere are times, albeit not too terribly often, that you find something strange that you absolutely need to mount to a tripod. Maybe the reverse is true - you want to mount your camera to something a little less conventional.

With a few inexpensive parts and a little bit of work, you can create a simple and effective device that will allow you to mount practically anything. You just need an elevator bolt, some Velcro and a coupling nut to switch the threads from male to female.

You can find the instructions, as well as a video detailing the process, over at DIY Photography.
