Digital Canvas Award Winners Announced

Tampa, FL – February 7, 2006 – The National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) today announced the winners of the Digital Canvas Awards -- its first international competition for users of Adobe Photoshop software.

After receiving nearly 600 entries from around the world, NAPP judges selected “The Day I Looked Up to the Sky and Saw Mucha’s Stars” by Amiel Lita Lapuebla of Las Pinas, Philippines as the Best of Show. Lapuebla receives a five-day trip to Paris, France for two where he’ll create a future magazine cover for Photoshop User, the official publication of NAPP.

“We were delighted to see entries from around the globe,” said NAPP Director, Larry Becker. “It’s amazing to see such a far-reaching Photoshop community and such incredible talent.”
