Corel PHOTO-PAINT 9 Digital Camera Edition is based on Corel PHOTO-PAINT 9, a comprehensive photo-editing, image composition and painting application. The application features a variety of image-enhancing filters to improve the quality of scanned images, plus special effects that dramatically alter the appearance of images.
