CompactFlash Association & Thirty-Three Members Exhibiting at CES 2000

LAS VEGAS--Dec. 27, 1999--The CompactFlash Association will be demonstrating that CF+ and Compact Flash cards provide MORE at CES 2000 (1/6-9/00) in booth 4325.

CompactFlash card slots are in MORE (over 100) digital cameras, MORE (over 60) handheld/palm-size PCs and MORE (over 40) other electronic platforms including heart monitors, defibrillators, printers, MP3 players, voice recorders, etc. than any other small form factor card or module.

CompactFlash cards have MORE compatibility and have MORE interchangeable than any other small form factor card or module. CompactFlash and CF+ cards have MORE data storage capacity. CompactFlash card capacities have reached 320MB. IBM's CF+ microdrive (being demonstrated in the CFA booth) has a capacity of 340MB.

The CFA was founded by twelve companies in October 1995 and now has 144 member companies.
