Canon Announces "Why Do You Love Football?" Contest Winners

Over six thousand people entered for a shot at a Super Bowl trip, but only two came out with prizes - the 17 year old Michael Pronzato who took the award in the teen division and 45 year old Heidi Yowell who took home the honor for the adults.

The teen's photo is a fantastic shot of a player making a last ditch effort to get that touchdown. Pronzato started learning photography to get shots of his skateboarder friends and it quickly turned into more. He now takes pictures of sporting events at his high-school and plans to make photography his major in college.

Yowell's submission wasn't an action shot, but a photograph of her son and husband walking away after the last football game of the season. Her son is a third-year linebacker and is wearing pink socks to support breast cancer awareness.
