Apple Releases Aperture 3.1 and iLife '11

Aperture iLife.jpgIf you're an Apple user, you've probably heard about iLife '11 by now. It's a full suite of programs that include iPhoto, iMovie, and Garage Band, which can be had for just $49. With new programs comes new compatibility issues, but Apple is right on top of it.

The latest update to Aperture brings the version number on up to 3.1 and makes the program compatible with the new software suite. Of course, it also includes a number of fixes and updates too.

You'll get better performance when opening large libraries or exporting images that have been heavily adjusted. The patch also improves thumbnail rendering, the quality of straightened images, red eye correction and much more.
