"A Day in the Life of The Beatles" Features Previously Unseen Photographs
Sure, there's plenty of Beatles photography out there. They were one of the most popular bands of all time after all, but the new book from Don McCullin is particularly interesting. Rather than just being a collection of photos throughout the band's career, it captures a single day in the life of the legendary group.
It's being released for the thirtieth anniversary of the death of John Lennon and features a wonderful assortment of photographs all taken over the course of a day on a total of twenty rolls of black and white film.
The photography in the book was done by Don McCullin, but the text is all from Paul McCartney, who adds a bit of insight into the photo set.
