Uploading Images to Your ACDSee Online Account
Once you have perfected your images, you want to upload them to your ACDSee account. Ensure that you are on online mode, and log into your ACDSee account using your email address and password. If you do not already have an account, you will need to take the quick and simple steps to create one.
Step 1: Understanding the Display
Once you are logged in, you will be able to select the ‘transfer’ tab on your ACDSee account. The images that are stored on your computer will be displayed on the bottom section of the page, and the images already stored on your ACDSee account will be shown on the top section of the page. You are able to select the images you want to upload to your account using the side bar, shown next to the photographs stored on your computer.
Step 2: Selecting the Resolution Size
Once you have chosen the images you want to upload, you must select a resolution size. The lower the resolution size, the faster your photos will upload to your account.
Step 3: Transferring Your Images
To select images for transfer, simply click on the image(s) you want to upload and drag them into the box shown at the top of the screen. You can select more than one image by holding down the ctrl key in your keyboard and selecting the images. For a quick transfer, you can select an entire folder that is stored on your computer and drop it into the top section ready to be transferred to your account.
Step 4: Uploading Progress
The upload bar between your online account and your computer will move to display the progress of your transfers. The upload bar will disappear when the upload is complete, and you can be sure that the images are ready for use. Don’t worry about privacy, as all of your uploads are automatically set to private. This can be edited if you choose.
You are now ready to start your image transfer to your ACDSee online account.
