Emailing Images in ACDSee Pro 3
Emailing images in ACDSee Pro 3 is possible in a few easy steps. There is a “send email wizard,” which helps you email the images you want without opening an external email program. If you wish to use ACDSee Pro 3 to email images, you need to have an email application on your computer or an open account in some SMTP server. Here is how you can email images in a few easy steps:
Step 1: Choose the Images to Email
The first thing you need to do is choose the images you wish to email. Go to the manage mode and click on the images you want. Then, you should click on the “Send–Email Images” Button.
Step 2: The Email Wizard
You are in the email wizard now. Here, you have three options at the first window. You can add more pictures if you want, clicking on the Add button and selecting the additional images. You can also remove some of the images you have chosen, clicking on the Remove button. Then, click on Options.
Step 3: Convert the Images
Clicking on the Options tab will open a new window where you will need to select options about resizing the images and converting them to JPEG files. Once you are done, click on the “Apply” button to apply the settings.
Step 4: Choose the Email Application
In this step, you can choose the email client you want to use. You can either use your Yahoo or Gmail account or choose the SMTP server. If you choose the default email client, your email information and images are automatically added to the message. If you choose the SMTP server, you have to enter some information manually. Once you are done, click on Send and your images will be emailed.
