Using a Fujica Bayonet to Pentax 42mm Adapter

Anyone who has a Fujica camera with a Bayonet fitting will find it easy to use a Pentax 42mm Adapter to use different lenses. The advantage of lens adapters is that you can use your favorite lens with different cameras. You will also find this much cheaper than needing to purchase new lenses every time you have a new camera.

There are lots of Pentax 42mm lenses available which can be picked up fairly cheaply second hand. Although these lenses aren't available new they are still high quality and very useful to use.

Step 1: Fitting the Adapter

The first thing that you need to do is screw the Pentax 42mm lens into the adapter. This will twist and then lock into the adapter which ensures that it will not come loose while you are using it.

Step 2: Mounting the Lens

With the lens attached to the adapter it can then be fitted to your camera body in exactly the same way as a standard lens which was designed for your camera.

Step 3: Removing the Lens

Unscrew the lens from the body of the camera as normal. This will then expose a release switch which can be used to allow you to remove the adapter from the lens.
