The "signon" boot message when you first turn the camera on. You can visually check to
make sure the time and date are properly set.
A typical record mode screen with its associated onscreen icons. To left is the battery
icon (full) along with a digital readout in minutes of remaining time. In the center is
the recording mode and image size (1856 x 1392). We've shot 10 pictures already and
the icon next to that indicates graphically how much space is left in the Memory Stick.
Across the bottom is the record mode menu, see below for details.
This screen is what you see when you half-press the shutter button and get an autofocus
lock (green circle). You'll also notice that we are in manual white balance mode,
macro focus mode and the flash is disabled.
When in Manual Focus mode the LCD screen image is magnified 2x while you are turning the
focus ring to make critical focusing easier. The focus distance is displayed next to
the focus "finger" icon.
Here we have just shot a 320 x 240HQ movie clip and the camera is processing and storing
it to the Memory Stick.
