PTGui is a Windows front end for Panorama Tools

Image Stacker for Windows or DOS
Image Stacker combines multiple images into a single image. It can be used to
overcome one of the last remaining limitations of digital cameras compared to their
film counterparts: their inability to take very long exposures. Image Stacker can also
be used to reduce the appearance of "digital noise" in images created by digital
cameras or scanners, and create "synthesized long-exposures" without overexposure.

jpeg, pict, targa, etc) but also in the QuickTime® VR format from Apple.
Once saved in this format, images can be visualized in Virtual Reality with
QuickTIme Viewer. They can also be published directly on the web and
