When you switch to Play mode the last picture captured is displayed full screen with minimal information overlayed, the image quality, the time and date and picture number.

Press the "i"nfo button once to show the extended exposure information

Press the "i"nfo button again to display the histogram chart.

When an image is played back in full screen mode you can go into zoomed playback mode by pressing the zoom control to the telephoto position. The image can be magnified 4x or 8x, once the image is enlarged you can scroll around inside of it using the 4-way selector.

Pressing the zoom control to the wide angle position enables the thumbnail index mode. It displays 9 small images so you can quickly locate any desired image on your memory card.

Pressing the MENU button brings up this menu. Here you can protect/unprotect images from erasure, set the DPOF printing options, start an automated slide show, resize images to smaller images, change the display settings and adjust the LCD back light.
