Playback Screens & Menus

You access Playback mode with the Sony Cyber-shot WX80 by pressing the Playback button in the lower right corner of the camera's back panel. In Playback mode you'll see the battery charge, aspect ratio, resolution, and file number across the top of the screen. Instructions and the time and date the photo was shot are along the bottom of the screen.
Press the Disp button on the four-way button to see more data about the image, including the flash mode, white balance, ISO, EV, and aperture, along with a histogram, all of which will appear on the right side of the screen. Pressing Disp again will remove all data from the screen.
Sony provides a few options for viewing multiple photos at once with the WX80's Index feature.

When reviewing movies in the WX80's Playback mode, you'll see a limited amount of data about the video file displayed on the screen. Across the top, you'll see icons for the battery power remaining, the movie resolution, and the file number. Across the bottom, you'll see the date and time the video was shot, as well as instructions for playing the movie on the camera's LCD screen. Press the Disp button to remove all of the icons from the screen.
When you press the OK button to play the movie, you'll see a timing line appear on the bottom of the screen, indicating the current position in the overall video file.
Sony did not include a specific Playback mode menu with the WX80. You can access the playback options for this camera by pressing the Menu button while in Playback mode. When the popup menu appears along the left side of the screen, you'll then have access to some of the Playback features, although some of the menu options are repeated from the popup menu that appears in the shooting modes. The popup menu options in Playback mode are:
