Pressing the playback button brings you to the last shot that has been taken on the camera. The display information can be changed by pressing the "Display" button. The information ranges from none (for tv display) to a full set of picture settings including a histogram.

While viewing a picture full screen you can toggle the telephoto zoom control and zoom-in to the image in multiple steps up to 8x. Once magnified you can scroll around inside of the image using the 4-way selector.

Playback index mode, 12 or 20 thumbnail size images are displayed per page. You can quickly search through the stored images and display one full screen. The index also breaks up the groups by the date that they were taken, making it easier to scroll through a large number of images.

Image playback mode options:

    Delete - This image, Multiple Images, All in this folder
    View Mode - Date view, Folder view, Favorites
    Date List - Shows a calander and the dates that images were taken
    Filter By - Off, All People, Children, Infants, Smiles
    Add/Remove Favorites - This image, Multiple Images
    Slide show - Run a slide show of the pictures in this folder with music and effects
    Retouch - Trimming, Red Eye Correction, Unsharp Masking, Soft Focus, Partial Color,
      Fisheye Lens, Cross Filter, Radial Blur, Retro, Happy Faces
    Mutli-Purpose Resize - HDTV, Web
    Protect - This image, Multiple images
    DPOF - Turn on/off print mark on images
    Print - Print images
    Rotate - Rotate portrait mode images for TV display

The Home menu gives you a shortcut to all of the different settings and menus that the camera offers. You can select from the shooting, veiwing, slideshow, printing, memory and camera settings menus.

    Beep - Shutter, On, Off
    Function Guide - On, Off
    Initialize - Initialize all settings
    Smile Demo Mode - On or Off

    Component - HD (1080i), SD
    Video Out - NTSC, PAL
    Wide Zoom Display - On or Off

    Grid Lines - Divides screen into 9 sections to help composite your images
    AF Mode - Single, Monitor, Continuous
    Digital Zoom - Choose from Precision (24x) or Smart zoom
    Conversion Lens - Tele, Wide, Off

    Flash Sync - Front or Rear
    Auto Orientation - On, Off
    Auto Review - On, Off
    Expanded Focus - On, Off


SETUP Clock options:

    Clock Settings - Set Clock and Date

    Language Setting - Choose from 6 different languages
