Playback Screens & Menus
Pressing the Play/Review button brings up the last image captured in full
screen mode with the minimal data overlayed. Pressing the 4-way "Right" or "Left"
lets you move through the stored images.
The key icon indicates the image is protected and the printer icon
indicates that we have also embedded DPOF printing information for this image.
Pressing the MONITOR button displays the extended exposure information.
Information includes image size, aperture, shutter speed, ISO
speed, flash and date captured.
Pressing the Zoom-Wide button brings up the thumbnail index mode, here you can quickly
search through the stored images and select one for full screen playback.
While an image is displayed full screen you can magnify it by pressing the Zoom-Telephoto
button. Once magnified you can scroll around inside of it
using the 4-way selector. You can enlarge up to 9x in 0.1x steps. While magnified,
a thumbnail of the entire image is displayed in the lower left of the LCD,
indicating the area of the image that is enlarged.
Movie clips playback fullscreen, the 4-way selector acts as the start, stop and
pause control.
You can pause a movie and play it forwards or backwards.
Play mode menu, you can start a slideshow with a specified delay time, protect/unprotect
an image, resize the image (2272x1704, 2048x1536, 1600x1200
1024x768, 640x480 or Logo for the MyCam setup), Rotate an image, Copy an image,
set DPOF instructions, or
Delete selected or all images.
You can record and attach a 10-second audio memo to still images.
And of course you can playback those 10-second audio memos.
And you can playback recorded audio.
The Setup menu (same in record and play) lets you set the file numbering to be sequential or reset each time a new card is inserted. Set the power off time delay. Select the menu language (English, Korean, French, Germany, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Swedish, Portuguese, Russian). Format the SD/MMC or Memory Stick memory card. Set the time and date and select the format of the date display. Page two has the Imprint option, letting you print the date or date & time on the image. Turn the Function Lamp On or Off. Turn camera sound Off or set volume level. Set LCD brightness. Set video mode NTSC or PAL. Set duration of Quick View to Off or 1-5 seconds.
Page three lets you set the USB port for connection to a computer or
PictBridge-compatible printer. Reset all settings to their default values.
Select the Memory Stick or SD/MMC memory card.
The MyCAM menu is for setting up the startup logo image, startup sound and the shutter release sound. |
