The Playback screen displays very little information by default. Normally just
the green playback icon and the battery level in the upper left hand corner.
Here you can see other icons, the musical note icon shows we have recorded an
audio memo for this image and the key icon means that this image is protected
against accidental deletion.
Press the 4-way controller's "Up" button to record an audio memo that will be attached
to the current image.
Press the Monitor button to display image information.
Press the telephoto zoom button to magnify the image from 1.0x to 10.1x in
multiple steps, once enlarged you can scroll around inside of it using the 4-way controller.
Pressing the wide zoom button brings up the thumbnail index display mode.
The Playback menu has options for automated slide show, image Protect, image
Delete, Resize (create a smaller image for e- mail or web use), rotate portrait
mode images, and DPOF settings for direct printing.
Mpeg-4 movies are played back full screen, to start playback simply press the
4-way controller's "Down" button.
Voice-only audio recordings can be played back like a tape recorder.
