Playback Screens & Menus
Pressing the Play/Review button brings up the last image captured in full screen mode with the
minimal data overlayed. Pressing the 4-way "Right" or "Left" lets you move through the stored
images.
Changing the "OSD Information" setting to Full in the playback menu displays the extended
exposure information: aperture, shutter speed, ISO speed, flash
image size, date captured, and the histogram.
Pressing the Zoom-Wide button brings up the thumbnail index mode, here you can quickly
search through the stored images and select one for full screen playback.
While an image is displayed full screen you can magnify it by pressing the Zoom-Telephoto
button. Once magnified you can scroll around inside of it
using the 4-way selector. You can enlarge up to 11x in 0.1x steps. While magnified,
a thumbnail of the entire image is displayed in the lower left of the LCD,
indicating the area of the image that is enlarged.
Movie clips playback fullscreen, the 4-way selector acts as the start, stop and
pause control.
You can pause a movie and play it forwards or backwards.
From the Play mode menu, you can start a slideshow, Set the OSD information display, Rotate and
image, Resize and image, Protect pictures from deletion, Delete, Copy to from internal memory to
the SD card or visa versa, choose the DPOF settings, personalize with the MyCam menu and enter
the setup menu (shown below.)
You can record and attach a 10-second audio memo to still images.
And you can playback recorded audio.
The Setup menu (same in record and play) lets you set the file numbering to be sequential or reset each time a new card is inserted. Set the power off time delay. Select the menu language. Format the SD/MMC memory card. Set the time and date and select the world time. Enable the date/time Imprint option. Enable/disable the AF-assist lamp. Turn camera sound Off or set volume level. Set the USB port for connection to a computer or PictBridge-compatible printer. Adjust the LCD brightness. Set video mode NTSC or PAL. Set duration of Quick View to Off or 1-5 seconds. Reset all settings to their default values. |
