![]() The PDC 2350 is equipped with a 3X optical zoom lens, 4.7-14.1 mm (equivalent to 35 - 105mm in 35mm format) f/2.6 - f/4.7, multi-coated all glass lens with aspherical elements. When powered down the lens automatically retracts into the camera and is protected by a builtin lens cap. TTL contrast detection Autofocus Range:
Macro: Wide 4 ~ 24 in., Tele 4 ~ 20 in.

The optical viewfinder has about 83% coverage, there is no dioptric adjustment.
There are no framing or focus area indicators in the viewfinder. The
LED indicates auto focus and flash status.

The built-in flash has modes for auto flash, fill-flash in low lighting and
backlight condition, flash-on and flash-off and "Red-eye" reduction function.
The flash working range in wide angle is approx. 2.6 ~ 10 ft., Tele 2.6 ~ 6.7 ft.
![]() The zoom controls function as the image Index and Magnify buttons in play mode. Along the right side of the color LCD are the DISPLAY button, turns LCD on/off and controls the info displayed on it. The MENU button calls up and dismisses the menu system. The OK button accepts menu selections.
The 4-way selector switch is for navigating menu options, press "Left" to activate Self-timer
mode, press "Right" to enable Macro focus mode, press "Up" to
change flash modes and press "Down" for Quick Review. In Play mode you press
"Right" or "Left" to advance to the next picture.

On top you'll find the power On/Off button and the shutter release. The Mode Dial has
positions for Play, Auto, Manual, Movie and SETup.

Images and movies are stored in 16MB of internal memory or on optional Secure Digital (SD)
or MultiMedia Card (MMC) memory cards. Polaroid claims compatibility up to 128MB size
cards, we did not have a problem with the SanDisk 256MB SD card.

I/O ports include a miniature USB connector, DC IN for an optional AC power supply
and a Video Out for connection to a TV set.
![]() The PDC 2350 can be powered by a CR-V3 lithium one-use battery or it can use two AA type batteries, alkaline, lithium, NiMH or NiCd type. |
