The typical playback screen shows: Date/Time image was taken, File Name/File Number and the music note denotes that a sound recording was made for this image.

By pressing the Display Button you will bring up all this great information about the image and a live histogram.

To view the nine tiny thumbnails just press the Wide Angle Button on the Zoom Control on the top of the camera and toggle through the images by using the 4-Way Selctor to the left or right.

You can magnify the image by pressing the Zoom button on the Zoom Control, it will magnify up to 4X. Using the 4-Way Selector you can move around inside the enlarged image.

Playback menu options:

    Copy Image & Sound - From internal memory to SD or MMC card

    Resize - Create an image with Lower Resolution and or Quality Level

    Trimming - Crop image to size

    Alarm - Set Time and Image to show when alarm goes off

    Slideshow - Set image play intervals (3,5,10,15,20,25 and 30 sec.)

You can record an audio memo up to 30 seconds and attach to an image.

This is the Movie Playback screen. You can play the movie, pause, fast forward or rewind the movie by using the 4-Way Selector

When traveling to other countries you can choose to have their local time displayed while taking pictures or during playback (Display time in 62 cities & 28 time zones).

Setup menu options:

    Page 1 of 3:

      Format - Format MMC or SD card

      Sound - On/Off

      Start-up Screen - On/Off

      Date Style - [mm/dd/yy], [dd/mm/yy] or [yy/mm/dd]

      Date Adjust - Set Date

      World Time - Set World Time

    Page 2 of 3:

      Language - Set user Language

      Vidio Out - NTSC or PAL

      Sleep Timeout - Off, 30sec., 1min. or 2min.

      Auto Power Off - Off, 3min. or 5min.

      Quick Delete - On/Off

      Quick Zoom - On/Off

    Page 3 of 3:

      Fn Setting - Register frequentiy used functions for quick recall on the 4-Way Selector

      Reset - Reset to Default
