Record Screens & Menus

By

Please excuse the quality of our Rec sample screens, the TS3 does not export video in Rec mode.

In record mode, you have the option of changing the amount of information or type of information that you see on the LCD screen. From a blank screen to full shooting info to a list of GPS coordinates, altitude and pressure; there will be a screen that will have the information that you are looking for.

Pressing the Q. Menu (quick menu) button at the bottom of the camera brings you to a list of commonly used and changed camera settings. This way you do not have to search through the camera's entire main menu to find these settings. They include GPS, Burst mode, AF Mode, White Balance, ISO, Image Size, Video Record Quality, LED Light and Power LCD Mode.

Although there are not two lenses on this camera, Panasonic has included a 3D shooting mode. The camera will take two shots as you slowly pan the camera past an image. The camera will then combine the images into a 3D image, simulating the two lens effect.

The camera's 4-way controller also acts as shortcut buttons for the exposure compensation (up), flash (right), macro (down) and the self-timer (left). The center button allows you to make your selections when looking at these options. If you are not looking at these options, it will bring up the camera's main menu when pressed.
