iAuto is Panasonic's fully automatic shooting mode. Not only will the camera take care of all of the standard exposure settings for you, it will also choose the best scene shooting mode for your current situation. This allows for the best possible results in any shooting situation, allowing anyone to capture great images with the camera.

Program is another automatic shooting mode, adjusting the shutter speed and aperture for you. The other camera settings are at your disposal, allowing you to take some creative freedom with your images while still getting correct exposures. On the back of the camera you will find a DISP button that allows you to change the amount of shooting information that is shown on the LCD or EVF.

Manual shooting mode, along with Aperture Priority and Shutter Priority modes, give total control over the camera to the photographer. Even manual focus is available at the flip of a switch on the camera. Dual command dials and the options available via the multiple Fn buttons allows for easy and complete control over the camera.

The quick menu allows for the quick changing of common shooting settings while using the LCD. This menu is quick and easy when making changes during a shoot, and the touch screen makes it even easier to make your selections.

Navigating the menu system is accomplished with the 4-way controller. It allows you to search and select settings in the menu. It also acts as a set of shortcuts to popular shooting settings so that you do not have to enter the menu system. ISO, WB and AF mode are default to these settings as well as the programmable Fn3 button that can be anything you like. (default is the camera's silent mode)

With 10 available Fn buttons, only 5 of them are physical buttons on the camera body. The other 5 are found under the Fn tab on the LCD screen. All 10 of these buttons are programmable in the camera menu.

This is fantastic mode that allows you to really take advantage of the 4K and 1080p HD video that the camera is capable of.
