Record Screens & Menus

iAuto, or Intelligent Auto, is the camera's fully automatic shooting mode that takes care of all of the shooting settings for you. Along with setting all of the normal camera settings, this mode will also choose the correct scene mode for your current shooting situation, giving you the best settings possible.

Program mode is another fully automatic shooting mode that takes care of the aperture and shutter speeds for you. This mode does give you some freedom on the other shooting settings like the white balance, ISO, etc.

For the controlling photographers, full manual, aperture priority and shutter priority modes give you complete control over the camera. Shutter and Aperture controls are both very easy to control thanks to the command dial on the back and the hybrid control ring on the front, allowing you to control the camera without going into the menu systems. When in Manual mode, the camera displays a helpful exposure scale (lower right), which helps you dial in the exposure; especially helpful for those who are just starting to use full manual mode.

Scene Modes: Portrait, e-Portrait, Landscape, Sport, Hand-held Starlight, Night Scene, Night+Portrait, Sunset, Documents, Panorama, Fireworks, Multi Exposure, Beach & Snow, Backlight HDR

Art Filters: Pop Art, Soft Focus, Pale&Light Color, Light Tone, Grainy Film, Pin Hole, Diorama, Cross Process, Gentle Sepia, Dramatic Tone, Key Line

A new shooting mode allows you to combine different styles of images is different ways to create fun compilations of images on the camera. This is a fun and creative way to capture and remember your special moments.
