Nikon Coolpix S630 Review
Playback Modes & Screens
The Playback screen displays the time and date of capture, the folder name and filename. It also displays the Image size and quality.
Press the zoom 'W'ide around the shutter release to enter the Index mode which can show 9, 16 or 25 thumbnail images per page and a calendar that breaks up the images by the date they were taken.
Press the zoom 'T'ele around the shutter release to enlarge the playback image. It can be magnified from 1.2x to 10.0x in multiple steps, once enlarged you can scroll around inside of it using the 4-way controller. At any magnification step you can save the cropped image by pressing the Menu button.
Playback menu has options for Quick Retouch, D-Lighting, Print set (DPOF) printing information, Slide show, image Delete, image Protect, Rotate Image, Small pic, Voice Memo and Copy.
Resize allows you to make a smaller copy of your images. These are great for sharing pics, uploading the web and sending emails.
The rotate option allows you to change the orientation of your image by 90 degrees at a time.
Movies are played back in full screen mode, playback starts by pressing the 4-way controller's center button.
