Playback Mode Screens & Menus

Pressing the "i" button displays a wealth of exposure information. Here you can see the
filename, date and time of capture, image quality,, compression, color mode, focal length (zoom
position), ISO speed, flash mode, exposure mode, aperture, shutter speed, exposure compensation,
metering mode, focus mode, white balance, and the histogram display. Press the "i" button again to clear all info; great for displaying images on your TV set.
Using the Telephoto zoom control you can select the Magnify option to enlarge the image
2x-8x and then scroll around it using the 4-way selector.
Using the MULTI option from the Review menu, or the zoom out control will allow you to display index pages of thumbnails so
you can quickly search through and select an image or movie.
Once you start playing back a movie, you can pause, stop, fast-forward, rewind playback and
control the volume of the camera's built-in speaker.
Review mode menu options: Select All - Selects all pictures on the camera View By - Date, Album, Image Storage, All Album - Select image folder Slide Show - Begin automated playback of all images Copy To - Transfer images from the internal memory to the SD card or visa versa Multi-up Displays and index of stored images (see above) Protect - Protect images from deletion Perfect Touch Tech. - Enhance your images then save as new or replace original Crop - Crop out a portion of an image and save as a new file Sound Tag - Allows you to add an audio message to a picture
The SETUP menu options:
Image Storage - Auto, Internal Memory Set Album - Birthday, Holiday, Wedding Capture Frame Grid - On, Off Orientation Sensor - On or off, selects auto rotation of shots taken with portrait orientation Camera Sounds - Choose sound theme of camera sounds (shutter, focus, etc.) Sound Volume - Off, Low, Medium or High Date & Time - Set the internal clock Auto Power Off - 1, 3, 5, 10 minutes Video Out - Video output format - NTSC or PAL Language - Menu language - English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese Reset Camera - Returns all settings to factory default Format - Format internal memory or card About - Display camera model number and firmware revision number |
