The last picture captured is displayed full screen when you turn the Mode Dial to the Play position. The amount of overlay information is controlled by the DISP button as shown in the next couple of frames.

Pressing the display screen button brings up the exposure information including the image size, quality, shutter speed, aperture, ISO speed, flash mode and file size.

Pressing the zoom switch to wide angle enables the thumbnail index mode. You can quickly search through your stored images and select one for full screen playback.

You can enlarge the image 2x or 4x by pressing the zoom control to the telephoto position. Once the image is magnified you can then scroll around inside of it. This is good for checking critical focus, color or composition on the small color LCD screen.

Pressing the MENU button while in Play mode brings up this screen of options. You can start a slide show, the DPOF option let you mark pictures for printing with DPOF-compatible printers, Protect them from accidental erasure, adjust the LCD brightness of the screen.

Movie clips can be played back full screen with the audio portion heard through the internal speaker. When the audio-video cable is connected you can replay your still images and movies on your television screen.
