The Fujifilm FinePix A200 is a "point and shoot" camera that is perfect for the first-time digital camera user that wants ease of use with a similar look and feel to a traditional film camera. The FinePix A200 features a 2.0 million pixel imager that allows for printing sharp and colorful pictures up to 8 x 10 inches in size.
One of the most competitively priced cameras in its category, the FinePix A200 will be available in October 2002 at a price of $179.95, featuring:
- Lightweight - The FinePix A200 is the smallest and lightest camera in its category - measuring a mere 3.9" W x 2.5" H x 1.6" D and weighing only 4.7 ounces.
- Movie Recording - The FinePix A200 is the only camera in its category to offer movie recording. Users can record approximately 20 seconds of AVI video without sound and can store up to 94 seconds on the camera's bundled 16MB xD-Picture Card, and up to 12.9 minutes on a 128 MB xD-Picture Card.
- Video Conferencing - The camera's new PC-cam capabilities make it the only model in its price-range to offer this multi-functional offering.
