Flip Video Ultra HD Record Modes

The REC screen is very simple. At the top of the screen you will see the status, either Ready in green or the the time code for the video if you are currently recording. At the bottom you see the record time remaining. There are no menus or settings to change, you just point and shoot.
Playback mode is the same way. There are no settings to change and no editing that you can do on the camera. You can scroll through your videos one at a time and watch them, but that is it.
Using the Flipshare software that is loaded on the camera, you are able to do a variety of things with your videos including: Editing, Email, Internet Upload, Capture Still Images and Make Movies with Audio
When you open the Flipshare software the main window you will see shows thumbnails of all of the videos saved on the camera. Here you can watch the thumbnail sized video or watch it full screen.
Along the bottom you will find the edit toolbar. Here you have all of the editing options for your videos.
The snapshot option breaks down your video by frame and allows you to save them individually as a .jpg image. A sample can be seen on the samples page.
