Pressing the Play button brings up the image last captured. The default information is displayed: image size (10-megapixel), quality (Fine), file number, battery level indicator, and time and date of capture are shown. Pressing the 4-way controller left or right scrolls through the stored images. A "musical note" icon (not shown) indicates there is an audio memo attached, press the SET button to play the audio. Pressing the DISPlay button will bring up the +Histogram option. It also shows extended exposure data: EV compensation (0.0), ISO used (ISO 100) Best Shot mode used (Auto), flash mode, white balance (AWB), metering, Aperture value (f3.8), Shutter speed (1/60) as well as the histogram. Pressing it again will remove all information and just show the picture.

You can search through stored images using the Index function by pressing the wide angle zoom button. Twelve thumbnail size images will be displayed and you can select one using the LEFT/RIGHT and UP/DOWN buttons and then pressing the Set or Telephoto zoom buttons. Pressing the wide angle again will bring up a calendar that allows you to search your photographs by the date in which they were taken.

The playback image can be magnified up to 8x when you press the telephoto button. You can scroll around inside of the enlarged image. Pressing the wide angle button will shrink it back down again.

Here you can see the playback of a movie, which is saved in .MOV format with H.264 compression. It gives you "VCR" like buttons to control Rewind, Play, Fast-Foward, Stop, and volume.

    Slide Show - Plays a slide show of all the pictures on the memory card with effects
    Calendar - Brings up calendar of when pictures where taken
    Layout Print - Select a print Layout
    MOTION PRINT -Prints one or multiple frames of a video
    Anti Shake - On, Off
    Movie Editing - Allows for in-camera editing of movies
    Dynamic Range - +1, +2
    White Balance - Allows you to change the white balance of the selected photograph
    Brightness - -2, -1, 0, 1, 2
    Keystone - Straightens pictures of business cards or documents
    Color Correction
    Favorites - Show, Save
    DPOF Printing - Date Stamping and Number of copies to print
    Protect - Protect selected images
    Date / Time -Set date and time
    Rotation - Rotate selected picture
    Resize - Make the current picture smaller
    Trimming - In-camera cropping tool
    Dubbing - Adding audio to the photograph
    Copy - Copy pictures back and forth between the memory card and the camera

Audio memos up to 30 secs. can be recorded and attached to still images. You can also play back your audio-only clips. The sound will be heard through the camera's built in speaker.

If you shot your picture at the highest resolution and need it for email or web use, then select the Resize option and create a 5m (2560x1920), 3m (2048x1536), or VGA (640 x 480) size image.

    Screen - Auto 2, Auto 1, +2, +1, 0
    Sounds - Controls all the sounds available on the camera
    Startup - Turns Casio splash screen on and off
    File Number - Continuous, Reset
    World Time - Choose the time and location you are in
    Timestamp - Date, Date&Time, Off
    Adjust - Adjust time
    Date Style - How the date is displayed
    Language - 17 different languages
    Sleep -Sleep time for the camera
    Auto Power Off - Turns camera off after a set time
    REC/PLAY - REC/PLAY buttons turn the camera on or off
    USB - Mass Storage (USB DIRECT-PRINT), PTP(PictBridge)
    Video Out - NTSC (4:3, 16:9), PAL (4:3, 16:9) Format - Format, Cancel
    Reset - Restore factory defaults
