Typical Playback mode screen display with INFO option enabled. Information
overlayed includes the image quality (SHQ), image size (1600x1200), aperture (F2.3),
shutter speed (1/60), exposure compensation (+/-0.0), white balance (Auto),
ISO (100), date and time (oops, guess who forget to set the darn clock!),
and the folder and filename.

Whie viewing an image in full screen mode you can push the zoom control lever to the
telephoto position to magnify the currently displayed image. There are four levels
of zoom available - 1.5X, 2X, 2.5X, 3X. In any of these "zoomed" modes you can
frely scroll around inside of the image using the 4-way selector.

To quickly search through your stored images you push the zoom control lever to the
wideangle position to enable the thumbnail index playback mode. Depending on how
you have set this mode in the menu it can display 4, 9 or 16 thumbnails per page.
You can select one using the 4-way switch and then display it full screen by
pushing the zoom lever to the telephoto position.

You can replay your QuickTime movie clips just like your still images. While playing
a movie it shows the current time position and the total clip time.

Pressing the DPOF button while in Playback mode brings up this menu and lets you
associate DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) information with any or all stored images.
This DPOF information can be used by DPOF-compliant printers so all you need to do
is insert your memory card and press the PRINT button and it automatically prints
the images you have pre-selected.

Images can be selectively deleted by pressing the Delete (trashcan) button.
![]() If you have captured any portrait mode images you can rotate them for proper playback on a television screen. |
