(Note: Please excuse the poor quality of these screen captures. Due to the
fact that the A310 has no video out capabilities, they were
photographed directly off of the LCD.)
When you press the PLAY mode button on the back the last picture captured is displayed full
screen. Pressing the DISP button toggles the extended exposure information seen in the next frame.
The extended exposure information includes the file name, a histogram
display, recording mode (auto or manual), exposure compensation, white
balance setting, ISO speed, flash mode used, metering mode, frame
number / number total recorded, size/quality settings,
and the date and time of capture.
Pressing the telephoto zoom button while an image is displayed full screen will magnify it 10X
in ten steps to allow for critical examination of details on the small LCD. You can scroll
around the image while it is magnified with the 4 way navigation control.
Pressing the wide angle zoom button brings the thumbnail index mode with
nine small images per page. You can quickly go through stored images and find
the one you want to display full screen.
The Play mode menu options are shown above. You can protect or unprotect images, rotate portrait mode images, add 15 sec. of sound to an image, erase all frames, Auto Play all images for a slide-show on the screen, set Print Order information to the desired images and Transfer Order to a compatible printer. The second page is the same SET UP menu that appears in the Record mode. Its options are Sound, Auto Power Down, Date/Time, Formatting the CF card, Shutter Volume, Playback Volume, Start-up Volume, Operation Volume, Selftimer Volume, File No. Reset and Menu Language. The third and final page is the My camera menu, which allows you to personalize your A310. |
