Click to take a 360-degree QTVR tour of the Digimax 240 The Digimax 240 is an entry-level 2.0 megapixel digital camera with a 3X optical and 2X digital zoom lens. It's very compact and lightweight. The 1.6" color TFT-LCD monitor can be used for preview and review. The onscreen menus support multiple languages. Other features include a movie clip function for capturing motion, the recording capacity is limited to only three minutes or less. Images and movies can also be played back on an external monitor or TV via the NTSC/PAL video output. Images look their best thanks to a builtin multi-mode flash, adjustable White Balance and selectable image sizes and JPEG quality levels. Images are stored on an internal 8M flash memory or an external SD,MMC card. There is also a DPOF function so that images can be printed without first downloading them to a PC. The Digimax 240 is powered by two AA batteries or one CR-V3 type lithium battery.
