The Coolpix 2500 employs a unique, inner-swiveling 3x 37-111mm (35mm equivalent) Zoom- Nikkor lens that can even be turned around 180° for self-portraits. The Coolpix 2500's QuickReview function allows you to view images captured on 1/4 of the BriteView color LCD monitor while simultaneously viewing the live action. Get the best photo in a variety of situations by choosing from one of twelve Scene Modes including Portrait, Landscape, Fireworks Show, Sunset, Close-Up, Night Portrait, Night Landscape, Copy, Beach/Snow, Museum, or the Backlight. Image quality is assured with the use of 256-element Matrix Metering, advanced digital image-processing and a high resolution 2-megapixel CCD that produces sharp and clean 8 x 10-inch pictures.
