Record screen in movie mode, HQ quality (320 x 240), flash is disabled and there is enough memory left for a total recording time of 358 minutes but the maximum length of each clip in HQ mode is 15 seconds (66 seconds for 160 x 120 SQ mode).

Page 1 of the record mode menu is for CAMera settings:

Metering - ESP (matrix) or Spot

AE Compensation - Plus or minus 2EV in 1/2EV increments

ISO - Auto or fixed at 100, 200 or 400

Panorama - Enable panorama mode if using an Olympus SM card

Page 2 of the record mode menu is for PICture settings:

White Balance - Auto, sunny, cloudy, incandescent, fluorescent

Quality - TIFF, SHQ, HQ or SQ

Sharpness - Hard, Normal, Soft

Contrast - High, Normal, Low

Page 3 of the record menu is for formatting the SmartMedia card.

Page 4 of the record mode menu is for general SETtings:

Rec View - Display picture just taken on LCD momentarily

File Naming - Auto, reset

Clear Settings - Retain settings in memory - On or Off

Beep - Beep sound On/Off when buttons pushed

Time/Date - Set the internal clock

LCD Adjust - Adjust brightness of LCD
