Its weatherproof design keeps moisture out for reliable performance in light rain or mist, dusty and dirty conditions, on the beach, near the pool or on a boat. Large over-sized controls mean better handling - even if you're wearing gloves in cold weather assignment or on a construction site. The DC5000 features 2-Megapixel resolution (High 1760 x 1168 pixels, Standard 896 x 592 pixels) with a 2X (30-60mm) optical zoom lens and stores image data on CompactFlash cards.
